Julianne Moore

Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood actor and writer who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius by birth and born on the 3rd of December of 1960 on the state of North Carolina. She's the oldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne a psychologist. She's English as well as Scottish. Her father was a professional who often moved her family. She had a difficult time making and keeping friends. Moore's family relocated into Germany and she was a student at Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting opportunities included in plays. She furthered her education through Boston University, graduating in 1983 with the degree of a B.F.A. Following graduation, Moore relocated to New York and began her professional career in off-Broadway theatre. Moore, who graduated from the college in New York and started her career as an off-Broadway actress when she moved to New York. In 1985 she made her television debut on The Edge of Night. She played the roles as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Changes, which was her breakthrough. The show aired from 1988 to 1990 and received the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made her debut on the screen through Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. She was in Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both productions of Robert Altman. The films were critically acclaimed and Moore won multiple nominations. Moore landed her first leading role in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg, who was the director for Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997, and one of the highest earning films, chose Moore as the main actress. The actress received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the part she played in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. The Hours, a 2002 film she costarred in with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep was nominated for 9 Academy Awards. Moore is also featured in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. Non-Stop was her film from 2014. Moore has been on numerous films and television shows. Most recently, she starred as the lead character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). Her career as an actress in Hollywood has established itself, and she is also a novelist for children that has been published. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became a N.Y.T. It was adapted as an animated TV show and musical. Moore also published My Mom is Foreigner, an autobiography in 2013. Moore is an accomplished writer and actress. Moore's personal life therefore, falls under the public domain. Moore married John Robin back in 1984 The couple split in 1996. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 has two children with her. Moore is someone who takes pride in her work and family.
